We received: 2 for Best Actor in a Musical, 1 for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical, 1 for Best Actress in a Musical, 3 for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical. We didn't enter a play this year, for the first time in some years, and only entered one musical. This was the first time in some years we'd only entered one, but we were also working with older members which meant that we were not able to enter productions with actors aged over 26, which limited us for the Glammies.

Glamorgan Drama League (GDL) - Glammies

For the Glamorgan Drama League awards ceremony 2013 we received a total of 26 nominations for our musical productions: Assassins, Naked Dictators and Our House. We received: 5 for Best Actor in a Musical, 12 for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical, 3 for Best Actress in a Musical, 6 for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical. Because there was only one play entered in the competition this year, there were no in-advance nominations circulated for Best Actress in a Drama category. The shortlist/winners were announced on the Awards night.

We were unable to enter our other play production Station because it had an actor aged over 26 which made it ineligible as a youth production, and it was too short to enter as an adult production.

In the end, we won almost every single category we could. Another excellent end to another year of excellent work.

We received: 3 for Best Actor in a Musical, 8 for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical, 3 for Best Actress in a Musical, 4 for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical. Because there was only one play entered in the competition this year, there were no in-advance nominations circulated for Best Actor in a Drama, Best Actress in a Drama or the supporting actor categories. The shortlist/winners were announced on the Awards night.

We were unable to enter our other play production Future Shock because it had an actor aged over 26 which made it ineligible as a youth production, and it was too short to enter as an adult production.

In the end, we won every single category we could. A truly exceptional end to a year of truly exceptional work.
